Andrew Thirkill joined Infoserve in June 2006 as a Non-Executive Director. He is Chairman and founder of Age Partnership, an award-winning financial services company specialising in the retirement sector, Chairman and founder of ATP Advertising and Marketing, a full service agency covering traditional media founded in 1981, and Chairman and joint founder of Freedom Clinics, a national chain of chiropractic, osteopathic and skin clinics. Andrew was previously a director of Ultralase Limited, a national provider of laser eye treatment throughout the UK.
David Hood, OBE

Technology entrepreneur David Hood founded Shipley-based Pace Micro Technology plc and plotted the company’s growth through the 1980s and 1990s until its float in 1996. David also owns and operates Multiflight Limited, an aircraft charter, training and engineering company based at Leeds Bradford International Airport.

Derek Oliver founded Infoserve in October 1999, recognising the massive potential of the Internet for delivering quality local content to consumers. Derek was instrumental in establishing www.cityvisitor.co.uk, one of the UK’s early online business directories, in 2000. The site developed into one of the UK’s most used online business finders and is now a leading local resource for consumers and a one-stop online marketing platform for advertisers. Derek has overseen Infoserve’s development and growth as a leading provider of online marketing solutions for SMEs. He has held senior roles at Thorn EMI’s television and video group. He led Pace Micro Technology’s software engineering division and was Technical Director at Pace Micro Communications.
