A sales executive’s career at Infoserve begins with two weeks comprehensive sales training in a classroom environment. At this stage individuals learn about the Company, the market, and the products and services Infoserve sells, along with tried, tested and proven methods for selling B2B. During this induction period trainees also have the opportunity to listen in on calls by experienced sales executives and try it for themselves within a nurturing and fun environment.
Following the induction period, all staff receive on-going support, coaching and training to help them achieve agreed sales targets.
We offer comprehensive Management Training to ensure our managers and managers-in-the-making achieve their goals.
Infoserve is fully committed to developing its managers and supporting employees with managerial qualities to reach their potential. Through its comprehensive Foundation Management Training Programme, potential managers, new managers and experienced managers learn and develop the skills required to be an outstanding manager.
Once managers have successfully completed the Foundation programme they ‘graduate’ on to the Advanced Management Training Programme where they will further develop their managerial skills. These training programmes are led by our dedicated training department with the full support of senior management.
