Infoserve Marketing Executive Jamie Alderson has become the company's first Google Adword Qualified Individual.
Jamie was successful in his Google Advertising Professional exam, which is good news for both him and the company.
Jamie has been studying for the exam in his spare time since registering to become a Google professional in January. He had to answer a series of questions about the Google network, the Adwords account structure and Campaign Management, to name but a few.
“Since registering with the Google learning centre at the start of the year, I have learned a great deal about the Adwords service,” said Jamie.
“I can now use this knowledge in my job, particularly where the new Pay For Performance Campaign Management product is concerned. Like in so many areas of local search, keywords are crucial to the success of Campaign Management and passing this exam will help both me and the company achieve more.”
Infoserve is now hoping to build on Jamie's success by allowing another member of its marketing team to take the Google exam and become an Adword Qualified Company.
